Current state of shoulder prevention habits

Current state of shoulder prevention habits

Injury prevention is a subject that is sometimes poorly understood by those working in the field. The aim of this project was to take stock of primary and secondary preventive habits concerning shoulder injuries in sportsmen and women.

To this end, a questionnaire was set up on an online platform and widely distributed to physical trainers, coaches, physiotherapists and sports doctors. The survey was relayed by the Société Française de Traumatologie du Sport and the Société Française de Médecine de l'Exercice et du Sport.

A total of over 200 field workers responded to the survey, enabling us to gain a better appreciation of field practices in terms of shoulder injury prevention.

The results of this survey will be shared shortly on this page.
